FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.) HOW DO I BOOK A BOUNCER?



The preferred method is to use our simple CONTACT FORM located at the side navigation bar of our website. All your information will go directly to us and we can call you back to confirm your booking. Otherwise the office will gladly take your calls

2.) HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO BOOK?


We book up pretty fast, especially as the weather starts to get nicer. So the more notice you give us the better.

3.) HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A BOUNCER?


Our bouncers and waterslides vary in prices. Search the sidebar and select a bouncer or waterslide to learn more information about each one. Our bouncers start at $60.00 per day and range up to $150.00 per day plus (deposit and delivery fees)

4.) WHAT DOES THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDE?


The price includes your unit, a blower to inflate your bouncer, pegs to stake it to the ground.

We DO NOT provide (extension cords, rain covers, portable inflation units etc...) at this time. If you do not have these items please let us know ahead of time otherwise we our drivers will not set up your unit.

5.) DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE A DEPOSIT?


Yes, everyone is required to provide a damage deposit upon renting a unit with us. The cost of the deposit depends on the bouncer you rent and the deposit will be the same amount as the bouncer or waterslide you choose.

* Charges such as delivery will be extra.


For example: If you rent a bouncer for $60.00 then your deposit on top of that will be $60.00, so the total cost of your rental will be $120.00 paid at the time of your rental. Your deposit will be returned to you once the unit is returned cleaned, dirt free and without damage. (exception is the sports arena, cost per day is $40.00 and deposit is higher)

6.) WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?


CASH ONLY!!!! We do not accept credit / debit / checks / money orders or any other form of payment at this time. This may change in the future.
7.) WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?


No problem. All we ask is that you give us enough notice so that we may rent the unit out to someone else waiting for it.


8.) DO YOU DELIVER?


Yes we will deliver your unit and set up for you. We charge for delivery of our units, please contact us for rates for your location.


Our drivers will pick up the unit the next day, asking you to blow up the unit for inspection to make sure it is CLEAN and not DAMAGED.


If the unit is filthy dirty we will take a $30.00 cleaning fee off your deposit.


If your unit is damaged upon pick up you will NOT get your deposit back. So please take the take to wash off the waterslides, empty the pools and wipe them down and let them dry.


For bouncers please wipe them out.

9.) I HAVE RENTED ONE OF YOUR BOUNCERS OR WATERSLIDES AND WISH TO LEAVE A COMMENT ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY. WHERE CAN I DO THAT?
